ING End of activity

ING France shut down its activity relating to private individuals in France on 31/12/2022. Amounts not recovered by account holders were consigned with the Caisse des Dépôts in January 2024.

These consigned amounts are kept safe while waiting for beneficiaries to make a request for their return.

Caisse des Dépôts

As from January 2024, Caisse des Dépôts will keep the amounts received for 30 years.

You have 30 years to Contact Caisse des Dépôts and request the return of these assets via Ciclade.fr.

State

After 30 years, if the Holder or beneficiaries have not come forward, the assets will be permanently transferred to the State.

Once transferred to the State, you can no longer request the return of these assets.
